Client Location: Alpharetta, GA 30022

Direct Hire: $90K - $100K

What they are looking for:

We use Sencha, however, that is not a requirement. We are more of a find the right people who are smart enough and MUST have experience with responsive design and have experience with JavaScript libraries such as Angular or Bootstrap (these two aren't required but basically they need JavaScript experience that that ties into responsive design)..*

The first step in the process is to take a 2-part assessment (personality and critical thinking skills - similar to Wunderlich). They will be sent a practice test to take before doing the assessment. The non-personality portion is 50 questions that they have 15 minutes to answer.

Once they pass the initial assessment they will do a 15-30 minute phone interview with HR. After that they will retake the critical thinking portion to validate the initial results.

After that they will do 1-2 phone screens with the hiring managers (only because one is located in Canada and the other is located in the UK).

There might be a final step to come onsite in Atlanta or Bethlehem to meet with some team members.
